Birth Care Package
- No obligation consultation to learn more about each other & how I can support you, answer your questions, and see about fit
- Resource binder with traditional and modern knowledge on birth preparation, newborn care and breast/chest feeding
- 3 prenatal visits to build relationship and prepare the mind and body for your journey. Covering options, priorities and hopes for the birth process, building your coping tool kit, positions and touch for labor, preparation and day-of logistics
- Text, phone and email support throughout pregnancy. Phone support as labor warms up
- Continuous labor, birth, and immediate postpartum support
- Photos/Video of birth and postpartum family, upon request
- Postpartum home visit to check in on your family, process the birth, answer questions, and share tips/resources/referrals for healing and newborn care
- Solid backup support

Postpartum Care
The Fourth Trimester is a time of adjustment and big healing. Postpartum care will help ease and fortify this transition, giving more space and grounding for baby bonding and finding your groove as new parent(s).
The focus of this care will be determined by your needs and wishes, and usually includes listening and processing, keeping you nourished, answering questions, newborn care, tending the home, and resources for additional support.
Postpartum Bundle: 36 hours
Weeks 1-2, 4 hours x 3 visits weekly
Weeks 3-4, 3 hours x 2 visits weekly
Hourly Day Rate: 3-4 hours per visit
$45-55/hour sliding scale
Postpartum Meals & Herbs
Nutritious and healing meals and herbs brought to your home and according to your dietary needs. Option to have me cook meals in your home or prepare meals for drop off.
Restore Bundle:
- 3 soups/stews (Six, 10 oz servings)
- 2 from-scratch bone broths (Four, 12 oz servings)
- 2 baked goods or snacks (8 servings)
- 2 herbal tea blends (14+ servings)
- 1 herbal sitz
Local Birth Justice Work
Included in my fee is a donation to SisterWeb or The Black Bay Area Birth Fund, who provide a network of culturally congruent community doulas and midwives for Black birthing people and their families; Doing the love and work to dismantle racist health care systems, strengthen community resilience, and advance economic justice for Black birthing families.
